Figure 1: System Message
When logging into SAP Business One, the system message shown above (Figure 1) may appear under certain circumstances.
There can be various reasons why this message appears.
Experience shows that in most cases either an SAP Business One client has not been closed properly and the user is actually still logged on, or the client has been closed by you but the connection has not yet been closed on the server side.
If you can say with certainty that no one is currently actively working with the SAP user, you can confirm this message with "Yes". The old connection is then disconnected and you take over the SAP user again.
If you confirm the message with "No", you will be redirected back to the SAP Business One logon screen.
If this message appears repeatedly even though no other SAP Business One client is open, please contact support@conplus.biz
