Open Items List cannot be opened

Symptom

When you try to open the Open Items List, for example, through the menu Sales → Sales Reports → Open Items List, you may encounter an error message.

Error Message: 

Table not found 'xxxxx' (xxxx) (ODBC -2004) [Message 131-183]

Workaround

If you initially try to open the report through the Sales → Sales Reports → Open Items List menu, you can use the following workaround: Reports → Sales and Purchasing → Open Items List.

If you initially try to open the report through the Reports → Sales and Purchasing → Open Items List menu, you can use the following workaround: Sales → Sales Reports → Open Items List.

You can also try to open it via Inventory → Inventory Reports → Open Items List.

If you initially try to open the report through your Frequently Used Functions tile, try one of the aforementioned methods.

Solution

This error was resolved in SAP Business One Version 10.0 FP2305.
